Delivery and Refund Policy Statement
To ensure clients purchasing goods or services via the Family Day Care Association QLD (FDCAQ) online E-Shop including but not limited to Online Professional Learning registration are aware of the condition of purchase with regards to delivery and refunds of goods and services.
FDCAQ aims to provide merchandise, professional learning and resources that will be delivered in a timely and secure way.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via post within10 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Refund & Returns Policy
FDCAQ aims to ensure clients purchasing goods or services are aware of their rights and obligations with regards to returns and refunds. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise purchase (excluding online training see below**) we will give you 5 days to seek a money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.
Please note if postage and handling is inclusive of the advertised price a $3.50 handling fee will apply and the cost of postage will be deducted from the refunded amount – please choose carefully
E.g. Educator diary/planner is advertised for a cost of $33.00 this is inclusive of P&H, a $10.00 postage and handling fee is applied to all diary orders.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
**This refund policy does not apply to the online training (NO REFUNDS APPLY) or goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
PLEASE NOTE: You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier for returns. Family Day Care Association QLD will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
